Fun times at Lake Stevens!
Yesterday the we all went to a lake for a peaceful time of boating and laughing....ok now take the peaceful out of that sentence and replace it with INTENSE and it is about half true. So yes we did go to the lake and it was awesome. I have said this previously and will say it again, this year I decided to take more risk in wake boarding. Yesterday I did just that. From the time I was told it's my turn all the way until i got pulled up onto the wake my stomach was swirling with butterflies knowing that I was going to take it to the next level.
And I did just that. I am still waiting for the pictures but I caught mass air and in my opinion rode better and more consistent then I have ever. Shout out to Ryan and Adam for the coaching...and Jenny for the fabulous food that I ate way to much of haha.
I received compliments of how much air I got and was pretty excited, today someone was bragging about it and i replied "i'm still not satisfied cause I did not clear the wake but thank you!" it was a good run for the first time this year and I look forward to progressing even more. Now that I think about it the rope might have been a little long, maybe thats why I did not clear. Anyway. Thanks Ryan for taking us out and for letting me use your gear.
